What you'll make
Each jar is a 16 oz (about 480 ml) glass mason jar with a 2 m string of battery LED fairy lights inside and the battery box hidden under the lid. Light strings bought in a 20-pack cost about 42p each, so a finished jar comes in under £2. You can make them weeks ahead, since nothing in them wilts or melts.
